CFE SA confirms that an investigation and hearings took place at its headquarters in Auderghem on 4 September 2024.

CFE acknowledges the opening of an investigation concerning the 2011 contract for the construction of the Grand Hôtel in Chad, about which it has communicated extensively in May. CFE suffered a financial loss of more than 50 million euros on this project.

CFE is fully cooperating with the investigation and will not provide any further information at this time in order to respect due process.
